About Alex Bartlett
My name is Alex Bartlett and I am currently a sophomore at Grand Island Northwest High School. I enjoy being involved in activities and helping others. I currently have a job at Woody’s Welding cleaning the shop and doing the small jobs like cutting rebar, organizing different types of metals, cleaning behind and operating the sheer, and operating the drill press. I feel like I have great work ethic while i'm on the job. I’ve had an interest in hands on type of jobs like welding, being an electrician or a construction worker my whole life. I haven't been in any extracurricular activities this year but I plan to next year or when I have the time to do so. I plan on getting a second job and put all my earnings into a savings account in the future to help pay for college and financially helping my family. After I graduate from Northwest High School I've been planning on going to Central Community College in Grand Island to further my knowledge of Welding in order to get a job as a Welder and I've been thinking about saving money and taking business classes to maybe start my own welding business.
